This ’88 LX is owned by Kristine and Trygve from Strømmen in southern Norway. Kristine uses this car as her daily driver. 
They bought the car in 2001, as a project. The brakes were rusty and the transmission was removed. After some work, the car was back on the road. 
The car was brought to Norway by some people who immigrated. This means that all original equipments, as lights are legal. The original colour was gray/white. The former owner changed the colour to the silver/gray that the car has today. He also started to rebuild the car, but he stopped and the car was untouched for five years. 
The car is a ’88 LX 2.3with 4 speed automatic transmission and red interior. It has run about 174 000 km (108 000 miles) (October 2005). The options on the car are: Air Conditioner, power windows, electric remote mirrors, electric remote trunk and fuel door.
